Well, we have started introducing Emma to more solids. Stacy has been making her some apples, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and rice cereal. She didn't like the apples at first and hates the sweet potatoes. However, after a couple of bites, apples mixed with Gerber oatmeal hits the spot as you can tell by the pic. Yummy!

Emma almost 6 months
Emma is doing well and will be six months old this Friday. She has enjoyed the cooler weather as her favorite thing to do is sit outside. She is using her hands alot, so if you hold her...watch your hair!
She has become increasingly happy and a ton of fun to play with. We got her out to the pumpkin patch this past week. She also enjoys eating rice cereal and every now and then she will be still for 2 seconds so you can snap a picture.

Emma 16 weeks and laughing
Emma Discovers the Dog! from Daniel Kistler on Vimeo.
Well Emma will be 16 weeks tomorrow and she is growing like a weed still. Stacy has been taking her to Gymboree classes and she can hold herself up pretty well. She recently discovered Daisy and we have heard her begin to laugh and chuckle over the past couple of weeks. Here is a short video of some of those moments. I'm not sure who laughed harder, Emma or us!

Babbling constantly
Wednesday, July 7, 2010
Emma turns ten weeks old tomorrow and she is growing like a weed still. She enjoyed the fireworks on the fourth of July by oohing and awing and chuckling as they popped in the sky. She spent all day Saturday with her Aunt Jenn and her grandma and grandpa visited for the fourth. So she had a good holiday being spoiled. Of course, mom had to put a bow on her head to snap a picture of her in her holiday outfit.
She also got her two months shots last tuesday and that wasn't any fun, so a good weekend of spoiling was just the thing she needed!
